Business Operations Director

Jim was born and raised in DeKalb. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in public accounting, Jim worked for accounting firm KPMG in Chicago for 4 years focusing on public real estate companies. Subsequently, he joined the Inland Real Estate group as an asset manager, helping oversee their $100MM development portfolio throughout the country. In January 2010, he joined the family business as director of business operations and oversees the day to day activities of the company as well as strategic planning. He is married to Jessica (Holder) Lehan of DeKalb and together they have 4 children. He enjoys going to sporting events, playing pick-up basketball and, most of all, spending time with his family in his free time.
