Free Local Pick-Up and Delivery
Our pumps are available for pick-up at our DeKalb location, but we can also arrange for pick-up at our Sycamore and Rockford pharmacies.
Shipping Policy
Lehan’s ships anywhere in the continental United States. Breast pumps ship free of charge via USPS Priority Mail, UDS, or FedEx depending on the item. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together depending on product availability.
Return Policy
We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Lehan’s. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but understand that returns are necessary at times. For this reason, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know. And yes, we do understand that not every product is right for every mama. Email us (link to our email) for some empathy and a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) A Mommy and Baby Support Team Member will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price, an exchange, or store credit. Please allow up to two weeks for credit to be processed. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to breast pumps, breast pump parts or final sale items.
